International Shipping

Yes, I can ship worldwide from Hong Kong. Tracking information is guaranteed to be provided up until the shipment leaves Hong Kong. 

For those in USA, CANADA, or NETHERLANDS:
If you have chosen the HK Air Mail - Tracking, updates will DISCONTINUE after the shipment leaves Hong Kong.
Please contact your local post office directly if you want to receive updates on your shipment or if you have not received your order by the estimated arrival date.

COVID Impacted Shipping Delays

Please be aware that your shipment may have increased transit time due to delays, reduced international flights, and reduced personnel to handle shipments.

Shipping Carriers

HK Post will be the default carrier available unless you choose otherwise, or if the previously mentioned does not ship to your country.

Processing Time

It will take 1-3 days to process your order. Within this timeframe you can still cancel or change your order, just send me an email and we can work it out. After items have been shipped though, you cannot change your order. 

Packaging

Small orders are packed in poly bubble mailers. Orders of 5+ items will be shipped in a small cardboard box. Please let me know if you want to use a more eco friendly option, I will do my best to reduce packaging as much as possible.

Shipping Time

Shipping fees and and shipping time estimates are calculated upon checkout.

Customs/Duties/Taxes

All packages will be delivered from Hong Kong with DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). You will be required to cover any customs/import fees/VAT if any. All packages will be mailed with the accurate information regarding the contents and value inside.

To those ordering from the UK and EU, I suggest ordering from my Etsy shop to reduce chances of the shipment being stopped at customs.

Paypal, credit card, google and apple are all accepted payment methods

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. If your product sustained damage during transit, please take a photo and send it to hello@bnessart.com along with the following info;

- Subject line: 'Item Replacement Inquiry'
- Provide your order #
- Email address you used for the order

I can work to replace your item.
